Frequently asked questions

Daily clinical work runs on the practice network without it. Licensing, updates, team invitations, and account emails need an internet connection, and updates can be installed whenever it suits the practice.

Yes. Any device on the practice network opens Atlas in a web browser or as an installed app, entries stay live across those devices, and the Dermi Atlas Companion app adds native capture on iPhone and iPad.

Dermi Atlas Manager creates backups on the practice computer, each verified for integrity. A finished backup can be copied to an external drive or network storage and restored on Windows, macOS, or Linux.

Atlas Manager shows each verification link, such as a password reset or a two-factor change, so an administrator can pass it to the member. Each link works once.
