What assisted setup includes
Assisted setup is included at no charge with every Dermi Atlas Professional subscription. Here is how the session works, what it covers, and where the boundaries are.
A remote session with our team
A member of our team joins you over a remote session, installs Dermi Atlas Manager, deploys Dermi Atlas Professional, configures certificates and your local network, and verifies that everything runs before the session ends.
On hardware that meets the requirements
Assisted setup runs on a computer that meets the published system requirements and that will run Atlas well. If the machine you have in mind falls short, we will recommend one that does. Self-service installation remains available on any computer that meets the system requirements.
Your existing photos, imported with you
During onboarding, our team assists with importing standard exports and organized image files into Atlas. Producing the export from your current system and preparing older or unstructured archives stay with you or your current vendor.
Confirmed with you beforehand
Every session is confirmed case by case before it is scheduled. Where hardware, locked-down networking, or IT policies would prevent the work from being completed, we say so early and point you to the self-service path instead.
Optional, always
The Dermi Atlas Manager guided wizard handles dependency checks, certificates, and configuration step by step. Assisted setup is there if you want it, not a requirement.
