One patient record for the practice
A login for every person

30-day free trial · From $79 USD per month · No new hardware · Setup done for you

Every clinical record on a Dermi Atlas Professional deployment belongs to the practice's team. Each member signs in with their own login, every action is recorded under the person who performed it, and membership is managed in the Dermi Portal.

Capabilities

The record belongs to the team

Membership is decided in the portal, applied on the practice network, and every action is recorded under the account that performed it

How it works

Invited from the portal, claimed on site

No open sign-up page: an account exists on the deployment only because the owner invited it

01

Invite from the Dermi Portal

The owner opens the license card, chooses Invite Member, enters the email address, and picks the Account Type. A single-use claim code is emailed to the invitee.

02

Claim on the practice network

The invitee follows Claim invitation on the Atlas sign-in page, enters the address and the code, and sets a username, name, and password. The account lives on the practice network.

03

Change or remove a member

Change Member promotes an Assistant or changes an email address with a change code the member completes themselves. Remove Member ends access at the next check-in, and everything the person documented stays with the team.

Invite your first colleague from the portal

Every trial starts as a team of one. Invite a second person, claim the invitation on the practice network, and the same patient list is open on both screens.

Clinician

A Clinician account documents like every other member and also carries the actions with legal weight: what leaves the practice, what is removed from the record, and what is brought back.

From the invitation to the shared record

How a member is invited in the Dermi Portal, claims the invitation on the practice network, and shows up across Dermi Atlas and Atlas Manager

01

Invite Member

Membership starts on the license card in the Dermi Portal, with a seat bought inside the invite only when one is needed.

Key capabilities
  • The owner enters the email address and picks Clinician or Assistant
  • A single-use claim code, valid for 24 hours, is emailed to the invitee
  • The seat line on each Account Type shows what the plan still includes
  • An invite beyond the included accounts opens the seat purchase in place, with the charge stated before it is confirmed
  • Manage Seats on the plan card raises or lowers purchased seats at any time
  • Resend Invite and Withdraw Invite stay available until the code is claimed
02

Claim Invitation

The account is created on the deployment by the person who will use it.

Claim an invitation

Claim an invitation

Key capabilities
  • Claim invitation is reached from the Atlas sign-in page on the practice network
  • The invited email address and the claim code are entered together
  • The invitee sets their own username, name, and password
  • The license agreement is accepted as part of the claim
  • Every account starts from an invitation, so the owner decides who is on the team
03

Change Member

Promotions and email changes are staged by the owner and completed by the member.

Stage the change

Key capabilities
  • Change Member on the member row stages a new Account Type or a new email address
  • A change code is emailed to the member, whose credentials stay their own
  • The member completes the change from their own account page in Atlas
  • A promotion to Clinician reserves a clinician seat before it is staged
  • Remove Member ends access at the next check-in, and Reinstate Member brings the same account back
04

Assignment and Views

Assignment organizes the shared list for each person while every record stays open to the whole team.

Assign Members

Assign Members

Key capabilities
  • Assign Members records who is responsible for a patient
  • The Patient Database opens to My Patients or All Patients, chosen per person
  • The Members filter narrows the list to each person's assigned patients
  • Every member can open, edit, and capture on any patient, assigned or not
  • Both account types can edit assignment
05

Named Live Sessions

Real-time sync spans the team, and presence is shown by name.

Key capabilities
  • The session pill names the member with an entry open on another device
  • Opening the pill lists live sessions grouped by patient, and a row opens that record here
  • The same entry can be edited live by more than one member at once
  • A colleague's edit lands in the open view as it is made
  • The Sessions of Other Team Members preference hides other members' sessions for a quieter screen
06

Local Administration

Atlas Manager administers the deployment on the practice computer behind an admin passphrase that never leaves it.

Set the admin passphrase

Set the admin passphrase

Key capabilities
  • The passphrase is set at first launch, with a one-time recovery phrase
  • User Accounts mirrors the team as the deployment applies it, with Disable and Enable on every row
  • Sync Now checks in with the Dermi Portal immediately so a membership change applies without waiting
  • Administration Activity lists every sign-in and administrative action on the deployment, with the operator named on Atlas Manager actions
  • Deployment Purge removes clinical data behind the passphrase and a typed confirmation; accounts, the license, and settings stay
  • The Administration area has no billing, invite, or seat controls
Questions

Common questions about team accounts

Who sees what, how a colleague joins and leaves, how seats are billed, and where administration lives

Every member sees every team patient. Records belong to the practice's team, and any member can open any of them. Assignment and the My Patients view organize the list for each person.

An Assistant documents and captures: patients, entries, notes, photographs, annotations, comparisons, search, and assignment. Export and sharing, deletion and recovery, the Deleted Records view, patient merge, and original-resolution downloads are reserved for Clinician accounts.

The owner chooses Invite Member on the license card in the Dermi Portal, enters the email address, and picks the Account Type. The invitee receives a single-use claim code, follows Claim invitation on the Atlas sign-in page on the practice network, and sets their username, name, and password. Every account on the deployment starts this way.

Remove Member in the portal ends the person's access at the deployment's next check-in. Their account record and everything they documented stay with the team. Reinstate Member brings the same account back, and Atlas Manager can also disable an account immediately on the practice computer.

The base plan is $79 USD per month per deployment and includes one Clinician and one Assistant account. Each additional clinician seat is $59 USD per month and each assistant seat is $12 USD per month, bought inside the invite at the moment one is needed. One clinician with three assistants pays $103 USD; two clinicians and two assistants pay $150 USD.

No. The Dermi Portal holds billing, the license, and the member list, and the only thing it tells the deployment is who is on the team. It cannot read clinical data on the practice network, change the deployment's settings, or create or elevate an account on it.

No. Both account types are clinical roles. The practice owner manages the team, seats, and billing in the Dermi Portal, and Atlas Manager administers the deployment locally on the practice computer behind an admin passphrase.
