Backups made in Dermi Atlas Manager hold every patient record and image, together with the deployment settings.
Frequently asked questions
No patient photograph or record leaves it. Only license and update checks, the team member list, account emails, and diagnostics a member chooses to send reach Dermi, with aggregate record counts unless Deployment Statistics is turned off.
It stays on the practice's computers whatever the subscription status. Images download as the original files, records export as PDF reports, and backups made in Dermi Atlas Manager stay with the practice.
Images download in their original format, and patient records, image pools, and entries export as formatted PDFs. A backup moves the installation to new hardware, and it restores only into Dermi Atlas.
The practice team, each member with their own login from an invitation claimed on the practice network. Each member can turn on two-factor authentication, and Dermi Atlas Manager administers the deployment without opening clinical data.
