One account for licenses, teams, and billing
The practice owner registers once. That account holds every license, decides who is on each team, and carries the subscription. It tells each deployment who is on the team; everything clinical stays on the practice network.

Install Atlas Manager
Install it on the computer that will run Atlas and enter the license key during setup.
Invite the team
Once Atlas runs, invite each clinician and assistant by email from the license card.

One license per deployment
A license binds one Atlas deployment to your account. Atlas Manager activates it during setup; the portal shows where it is in use and when it last checked in.
Activation at setup
The license key is entered once, during setup on the computer that runs Atlas.
Automatic check-in
The deployment checks in on its own; membership changes reach it at the next check-in.
Revoking a license
Revoking ends a deployment's use of the license; its team stays on your account.
One per deployment
A second location or server takes its own license. Contact support to add one.

Claim on site
The invitee enters the code on the Atlas sign-in page and sets their own username and password.
Change or remove
A promotion or email change is confirmed by the member with a code. A removed member's records stay with the team.

Two-factor authentication and confirmed changes
Two-factor sign-in
An authenticator app can be added to the owner's sign-in, and the portal recommends it.
Confirmed changes
Password, email, and two-factor changes are confirmed through a link sent to the account address.
Signed-in devices
Every signed-in device is listed, and Sign Out Everywhere ends all sessions at once.
