Resolve SSL certificate problems with Dermi Atlas Professional, including browser warnings, certificate trust issues, and certificates invalidated by IP changes.
Symptom: Browser blocks access with a security warning.
Solution:
The certificate is not trusted. Follow the installation steps for the device in use:
Symptom: Security errors appear suddenly after it was working fine.
Cause: The host IP address changed. The certificate is bound to the host IP addresses recorded when it was generated. After the host IP changes, the previously issued certificate no longer matches the new address until it is regenerated.
Solution:
Symptom: Profile is installed but Safari still warns "Not Secure".
Solution:
The second step was missed. Go to Settings => General => About => Certificate Trust Settings and enable the toggle for Dermi Atlas Professional.
