Troubleshooting SSL Certificate Issues

"Your connection is not private" (Chrome/Safari)

Symptom: Browser blocks access with a security warning.

Solution:

The certificate is not trusted. Follow the installation steps for your device:

• Windows
• macOS
• iOS
• Android

Certificate Was Working, Now Fails

Symptom: Security errors appear suddenly after it was working fine.

Cause: The host IP address changed. Certificates are valid only for a specific IP.

Solution:

1. Restart Dermi Atlas Professional: In Dermi Atlas Manager, restart the system. This regenerates the certificate for the new IP.
2. Reinstall: Download the new certificate and install it on all devices.
3. Prevent: Set a Static IP to avoid this in the future.

iOS: "Not Trusted" Even After Install

Symptom: Profile is installed but Safari still warns "Not Secure".

Solution:

You missed the second step. Go to and enable the toggle for Dermi Atlas Professional.
