A tour of Dermi Atlas Professional after signing in. The sidebar, the Summary page, the open patient's pages, the Account page, and the Preferences page.
After signing in, Dermi Atlas Professional opens on the Summary page. Every page is reached from the sidebar on the left, which holds the main pages, the pages of the patient currently open, and the Options menu with the Account and Preferences pages.
The sidebar has three groups:
Deleted Records is listed for Clinician accounts only. Close Sidebar in the sidebar header hides the sidebar, and Open Sidebar at the top left of the page brings it back.
While a colleague or another of the member's devices has an entry, an Image Pool, or a full body session open, a session pill at the bottom of the page names it. See Real-Time Synchronization Across Devices.
The Summary page is the landing page of the team's work. It opens with a greeting and the date, followed by four sections, each of which can be collapsed:
A patient or entry counts as recently worked on when anything in its record changes, such as an uploaded image or a changed tag. The page refreshes on its own when a colleague changes a record, and the refresh control in the page header reloads it on demand.
On a team with more than one member, Recent Patients and Recent Entries follow the view the Patient Database opens on. With My Patients chosen, they list only the patients assigned to the signed-in member and the entries of those patients; with All Patients, they cover the whole team. The Records tiles always count the whole team. See Assigning Patients and Team Views.
Opening a patient from the Patient Database, the Summary page, or a search makes it the open patient, and its pages stay one click away in the sidebar while the team works elsewhere:
Options => Account opens the signed-in member's own account: the profile, the username, the password, two-factor authentication, signed-in devices, the member's own activity log, and notification settings. The account type and the email address are shown there and are changed by the license owner in the Dermi Portal. See Account Security.
Options => Preferences holds the defaults of the signed-in account. Preferences belong to the account rather than the device, so they apply on every computer, tablet, and phone the member signs in on. Changes are counted in the page header and applied with Save Changes, or dropped with Discard.
The cards on the page:
Most cards also offer two choices at the bottom. With Re-initialize Defaults, the page opens on the defaults set on the card every time. With Remember Selection, the page reopens with the choices last made on the page itself, for example the sort order last picked in the Patient Database.
