Dermi Atlas Professional uses two distinct types of accounts. It is important to understand the difference between your Dermi Portal Account and your Local Atlas Account. These systems are independent, and creating one does not automatically create the other.
Your Dermi Portal account is created at portal.dermi.ai.
Used for:
This account lives on Dermi's cloud servers. It is required to purchase the software but does not contain any patient data.
Local accounts are created directly on your Dermi Atlas Professional installation (the web application running on your local server).
Used for:
These accounts exist only on your local infrastructure. They are not stored on Dermi's servers.
