Dermi Atlas Professional supports multiple independent user accounts within a single deployment. This allows different practitioners or staff members to use the system on their own devices while maintaining data separation.
The process for adding additional users is the same as creating the first account:

This design ensures that multiple providers in a shared clinic can maintain separate patient records on the same infrastructure.
If multiple users are creating accounts simultaneously, the administrator can manage verifications via Dermi Atlas Manager:
When registration is completed via a Dermi Atlas Manager verification link rather than the email link, email verification is bypassed. The account will not receive future notifications or verification links via email; subsequent verification links will appear only in Dermi Atlas Manager. To verify the email address later, open Account settings and, under Security & Authentication, select Request Change on the Email Address card. The generated link appears in Dermi Atlas Manager; open it, re-enter the current email address, and, with the host connected to the internet, a confirmation message is sent to that address. Click the link in that message to complete verification.
This setup is appropriate when email-based notifications are intentionally avoided. In most cases, completing the initial registration via the email link is recommended. For full details, see Creating Your First Dermi Atlas Professional Account.
