1. Patent Pending Status

Certain technology described herein is the subject of a pending patent application filed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO):

  • Title: Containerized Clinical Data Management System with Network Isolation and Modular Inference

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Notice to Third Parties

The patent-pending designation described in this notice applies to technology incorporated within Dermi products. The filing of the patent application establishes a documented priority date and constitutes prior art with respect to the described inventions.

Dermi reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including seeking injunctive relief and damages for any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misappropriation of the protected technology.

6. Governing Law

This notice and any disputes arising from or relating to the intellectual property described herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings related to this notice.
