Backup Fails to Complete

Solutions:

1. Docker Status: Ensure Docker is running healthy.
2. Idle System: Avoid performing heavy uploads during backup generation.

PDF Export Issues (Safari)

Symptom: Layout is broken or images are split awkwardly.

Solution:

Safari's PDF engine has limitations.

• Use Chrome or Edge for reliable exports.
• On macOS Safari, use File > Export as PDF instead of the print dialog.

PWA Not Updating / Errors

Symptom: PWA shows white screen or old data.

Solution:

1. Delete the PWA.
2. Clear browser cache for the Dermi Atlas Professional URL.
3. Re-install the PWA.
4. If the Host IP changed, you must reinstall the PWA using the new URL.
