Installing Dermi Atlas Manager on Windows

System Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
• Administrator privileges

Installation Steps

1. Locate the downloaded .msi installer file.
2. Right-click the installer and select Run as administrator.
3. SmartScreen Warning: If Windows Defender SmartScreen displays a warning ("Windows protected your PC"), click More info and then Run anyway. This warning appears because the application is new and building reputation.
4. Follow the installation wizard prompts:
   • Choose the installation directory (default is recommended).
   • Select whether to create a desktop shortcut.
5. Click Install.
6. Wait for the installation to complete and click Finish.

7. Windows Firewall

During the first launch, Windows Firewall may prompt you to allow Dermi Atlas Manager to communicate on your network.

Action: Select Allow access for both Private and Public networks.

This ensures that Dermi Atlas Manager is accessible from other devices on your local network.

Troubleshooting

"Windows protected your PC" Message

This is a standard SmartScreen warning for new applications. Click More info > Run anyway to proceed.
