Learn which browsers are supported by Dermi Atlas Professional, how to install the Progressive Web App (PWA), and considerations for PDF export across different browsers.

For the best experience, use the latest version of the preferred browser. The application is designed to run on any reasonably up-to-date device and operating system.
Dermi Atlas Professional can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on supported devices. This provides a native application experience without requiring an app store download.
PWA Benefits:
Installation behavior differs by browser. In Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge, installation requires a secure context: the "Install" option in the address bar or menu appears only on the HTTPS URL (default port 15045) once the SSL certificate is trusted on the device, and the plain HTTP URL (default port 15015) does not offer it. Safari on iOS and iPadOS does not show an install prompt; the app is added from the Share menu using "Add to Home Screen", which works on the local network over both the HTTP and HTTPS URLs. For certificate setup, see SSL Certificate Setup for HTTPS Access.
The application interface adapts to different screen sizes and supports both cursor and touch input. All clinical workflows are available on:
Dermi Atlas Professional includes functionality to export patient reports, entries, and the Image Pool as PDF documents.
Safari handles PDF generation differently than Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge. This can sometimes cause formatting issues in exported documents.
When using Safari, the application may display a guidance message. For best results with PDF exports:
