Dermi Atlas Professional version 25.4 represents a comprehensive clinical photography platform built for dermatology practices. Image Comparison Tools

Tracking changes over time is central to dermatological care. Dermi Atlas Professional 25.4 includes two comparison modes designed for this purpose:

• Split view displays two images side by side with synchronized zoom and pan controls, allowing detailed comparison of corresponding areas
• Overlay view superimposes one image over another with adjustable opacity, making subtle changes visible that might be difficult to detect in side-by-side comparison

Tagging and Organization

A structured tagging system allows clinical images to be categorized consistently across the practice. Tags can be applied to individual images or in bulk, and the tag library supports CSV import and export for easy management. This enables standardized terminology across all clinicians using the platform.

Consent Management

Consent documentation is integrated directly into the patient workflow. Consent status is tracked per patient and visible throughout the application, ensuring that clinicians are always aware of the current consent state before capturing or sharing images.

Audit Logging

Dermi Atlas Professional 25.4 includes a configurable audit logging system that records user actions, authentication events, and data access. Live Pointer

The Live Pointer feature enables real-time, ephemeral annotations during patient consultations. Drawings fade automatically within seconds, allowing clinicians to highlight areas of interest during discussions without modifying the underlying image record. Live Pointer works across all viewing modes and supports both pointer and touch input.

PDF Export Suite

Clinical documentation often needs to be shared outside the platform, whether for referrals, patient records, or reporting. Dermi Atlas Professional 25.4 supports PDF export for individual images, split comparisons, and overlay comparisons. Export filenames are differentiated by type for easy identification.

Real-Time Synchronization

All connected devices are synchronized in real time via WebSocket (WSS). When a new image is captured on one device, it appears on all other connected devices within seconds. This eliminates the need for manual refresh or file transfer between workstations and mobile devices.

TLS Encryption

Deployment
