The settings of the Dermi Cloud Services account in the Dermi Portal. Profile, email address, password, two-factor authentication, signed-in devices, and account deletion.
The Dermi Cloud Services account is the account created at sign-up in the Dermi Portal. It signs in to the Dermi Portal and the Atlas Cloud Demo, and it holds the subscription, the licenses, and the membership of each team. It is separate from the team member accounts used on Dermi Atlas Professional; see Account Types and Permissions.
Its settings are on the Account page, opened from the Dermi Portal sidebar. Changes to the name and username are applied with Save Changes; the email address, the password, and two-factor authentication are changed through a verification link emailed to the account's address, which expires after one hour.
Under Profile Information, edit the First Name and the optional Last Name. The Username under Security & Authentication is the name used to sign in to the Dermi Portal and the Atlas Cloud Demo, and it follows the same rules as at sign-up: 2 to 16 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores.
The password follows the password requirements of every Dermi account. Updating it signs the account out on every device. A forgotten password or username is recovered with Forgot your login? on the sign-in page of the Dermi Portal.
Two-factor authentication adds a code from an authenticator app to every sign-in. While it is off and the account holds a license, the Overview page shows Two-Factor Authentication Recommended ("Protects member and seat changes if your password is compromised.") with Go to Account.
To turn it on, select Request Enable under Two-Factor Authentication; the setup link is emailed to the account's address. Setting up the authenticator app, saving the recovery codes, signing in with a code, Skip 2FA for routine logins, and turning it off work as described in Account Security.
The Signed-In Devices card lists every device the account is signed in on, with Sign Out per device and Sign Out Everywhere for all of them, as described in Account Security.
Under Notifications & Activity, Your Activity Logs lists the account's own activity, and Notification Settings chooses between All Activity, which adds a notification for every successful sign-in, and Essential Only, which sends only critical security alerts.
Delete Account is in the more options menu in the Account page header. The drawer that opens states what the deletion removes and what it means for billing and for each installation:
To continue, type REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION and select Request Deletion. The emailed link opens the Delete Your Account page, which restates the billing consequences; type DELETE ACCOUNT and select Confirm Deletion. The deletion cannot be undone. The records Dermi retains after deletion are described in the Dermi Privacy Policy.
